This page contains my progression on my 531 strength building program. The yellow block with rep counts are what’s important, especially the last box. That’s the set you go for as many reps as possible and is the real strength builder of the program. The estimated 1RM at the bottom of each block uses the weight and rep count to calculate a one rep max. This is to compare for progression on a weekly basis.
